Product Features

  • Ultra-low Partial Discharge:Under 1.5 times the rated voltage, the apparent discharge amount of this three-phase Power Transformer is less than 80pC, which effectively avoids insulation aging caused by partial discharge and ensures the long-term stable operation of the Transformer.
  • Low Noise Operation:For models with a capacity of 63MVA and below, the noise level of the three-phase Power Transformer is controlled below 58dB (AN), minimizing environmental noise pollution and making it suitable for noise-sensitive application scenarios of the Power Transformer.

Application

This three-phase Power Transformer is widely applicable to 60~220kV power systems such as power plants, substations and mining enterprises. As a core equipment of power transmission and distribution, the Power Transformer undertakes the important tasks of voltage conversion and power transmission, ensuring the safe and continuous power supply of industrial and civil power systems.

Design Technologies

For the design of this three-phase Power Transformer, advanced professional software is adopted for electromagnetic calculation, structural strength analysis, leakage magnetic field distribution, electrodynamic force calculation and electrical insulation design. These optimized design schemes lay a solid foundation for the excellent performance of the Transformer.

Manufacture

  • The core of the three-phase Power Transformer uses high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, cut by Germany Geoge GmbH’s advanced automatic shearing line with burrs controlled within 0.02mm.
  • Adopting "no-upper yoke lapped" technology, all silicon steel sheet lap joints are 45° full miter joints. The laminated core is integrally pressed and bonded with epoxy resin to form a rigid, flat three-leg two-yoke structure with high vertical precision—effectively boosting the three-phase Power Transformer’s no-load performance and reducing the High Voltage Power Transformer’s noise.
  • Supporting plates are fitted between coil legs and inner coils; the iron yoke is bound with epoxy-impregnated glass fiber tape. The tank’s lower section is fastened with counter-pressure bolts, and the upper iron yoke is fixed to the tank at three points. This structure ensures the three-phase Power Transformer’s internal components resist transportation vibration without displacement, maintaining the High Voltage Power

Winding

  • The high-voltage (HV) coil of the three-phase Power Transformer adopts an interleaved-continuous structure, which improves the voltage resistance of the coil under impact voltage and realizes uniform voltage distribution. All stay bars and cushion blocks are chamfered to ensure the highly reliable insulation performance of the High Voltage Power Transformer.
  • The winding of the three-phase Power Transformer is designed with a zigzag oil guide structure, which can fully cool all areas inside the winding, reduce the temperature rise of the winding and the temperature of hot spots, and extend the insulation service life of the High Voltage Power Transformer.
  • The high-voltage and medium-voltage regulation systems are equipped with independent voltage-regulating windings, which balance the ampere-turns of each winding, effectively reduce the axial electrodynamic force generated when the three-phase Power Transformer is short-circuited, and improve the sudden short-circuit withstand capacity of the  Power Transformer.
  • The winding adopts a radial "0" margin design. The gaps between the core and the paper sleeve of the low-voltage winding, between the low-voltage, high-voltage and voltage-regulating windings, as well as the positions before inserting the stay bars and shroud plates are fully dried and tightly fitted, ensuring the excellent compactness and concentricity of the whole winding of the three-phase Power Transformer, and enhancing the operational stability of the  Transformer.

Oil tank and accessories

  • The tank wall of the three-phase Power Transformer is made of wide steel plates, which are directly folded into a corrugated structure without splicing. This design reduces the number of welds, enhances the mechanical strength of the tank, and the corrugated wall has a sound diffusion effect, which further reduces the noise of the High Voltage Power Transformer.
  • The secondary circuit wiring troughs and control cabinets of the three-phase Power Transformer are all made of stainless steel, making the overall appearance of the High Voltage Power Transformer concise and beautiful.
  • All sealing surfaces of the three-phase Power Transformer use high-quality sealing materials and undergo precision machining. The edge of the oil tank is designed with double Power Transformer, and ensuring the long-term zero-leakage operation of the three-phase Power Transformer.
