Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer

Product Introduction

Oil immersed transformers have stable and reliable insulation performance, effectively avoiding voltage fluctuations and interference. They have strong overload capacity, small size, light weight, and low operating noise. Not only are they easy to transport and install, but they can also reduce production and operating costs. They are high-performance distribution transformers.

1. Windings

The high and low voltage coils are wound using copper conductors, copper foil, and insulating materials. After being preheated and dried, they undergo vacuum drying in a vacuum drying device to remove moisture and gas from the insulation.They exhibit strong resistance to short-term overload.

2. Insulation

Between the layers of high and low voltage windings, pure natural wood fiber modified point glue paper is used, which can operate safely at 130°C; after winding completion, it undergoes thermal setting, forming a solid and rigid whole; The core body adopts a hybrid insulation system, with overall spacer blocks compressed to ensure the oil passages are unobstructed while enhancing the tight fit between the windings, core, and clamps. The core body is equipped with a positioning structure to prevent displacement during transportation. Additionally, all fasteners are fitted with lock nuts to ensure they do not loosen during long-term operation, meeting the requirement of a non-suspended core.

3. Core

The core utilizes high-quality, high-permeability, cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with their surfaces covered by anti-corrosion insulating coatings. The silicon steel sheets undergo a 45-degree full oblique shear, and the joints between the core column and the yoke adopt a 7-step laminated structure. Simultaneously, the flatness of the silicon steel sheets is enhanced, and appropriate clamping force is applied to the iron core, effectively reducing transformer noise.
