Maintenance-Free Dry-Type Distribution Transformer Products Description

As a specialized provider of 10kV/10.5kV/15kV  three-phase cast resin maintenance-free dry-type distribution transformer, we deliver high-reliability power solutions tailored for commercial, industrial, and utility grid applications.
Our cast resin maintenance-free dry-type transformer integrate advanced epoxy casting technology and a maintenance-free design, eliminating the need for regular upkeep while ensuring stable performance. Optimized for 10kV–15kV power distribution networks, they feature fireproof, oil-free operation (no leakage risk) and low-noise performance—making them ideal for sensitive scenarios like high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, and urban substations.
Maintenance-Free Dry-Type Distribution Transformer Feature
  • High insulation level (Hi) and strong overload withstand ability: Both the low- and high-voltage coils use NOMEX paper for insulation purpose (insulation level C 220℃); transformers’ insulating property reaches level H (180℃) and the system has 40℃ margin, thus the product has strong overload withstand ability. If the product is not accompanied with a fan, it can withstand 20% overload condition for a while; if it is equipped with a fan, it can run under 50% overload condition for a while.
  • Low partial discharge: Compared with other insulating materials, NOMEX paper is characterized by strong electric resistance ability and low permittivity, and it makes distribution of electric field inside the transformer product more reasonable, thus lowering partial discharge.
  • High mechanical strength and crack-free: NOMEX paper withstands contraction, compression, and thermal shock; it is highly elastic but not easily aging. Coils made from NOMEX paper do not easily crack and will be less sensitive to temperature and dust.
  • Efficient use of energy: Chemically, NOMEX paper is incombustible, and non-toxic; meanwhile, it is recyclable.
  • Flexible design: Transformers of the series can be flexible designed without mold or specially designed based on customer’s requirement. Supply period is short.
