The ZBW series combined substation, a classic Compact Prefabricated Substation also known as European-style pad-mounted substation, is an integrated power distribution device that integrates high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact whole. As a high-performance Box Type Prefabricated Substation, it is widely applied in urban high-rises, urban and rural buildings, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining & oil fields and temporary construction power supply scenarios, undertaking the core task of electrical energy receiving and distribution in power distribution systems.
This Compact Prefabricated Substation features strong integration, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance and good mobility. Compared with conventional civil substations, the same capacity Box Type Prefabricated Substation only occupies 1/10 to 1/5 of the floor area, which greatly reduces the design and construction workload of power distribution projects while cutting overall construction costs.   • High-voltage Compartment:The high-voltage side primary power supply system supports ring network, terminal and dual-power supply modes, and can be equipped with high-voltage metering devices to meet metering needs. The compartment has a compact and reasonable structure with a comprehensive "five-prevention" interlocking function to prevent misoperation, and all components of the Compact Prefabricated Substation are of reliable performance and easy operation.
  • Transformer Compartment:Optional low-loss oil-immersed transformers (S9, S11 series) or dry-type transformers (SC(B)9, SCR9, SC(B)10, SCR10 series) are available, and the compartment is equipped with an auto-start forced air cooling system and lighting system. The Box Type Prefabricated Substation can be configured with transformer rails as required, enabling easy transformer access and maintenance through double compartment doors.
